Svara Group is a venture studio in the original sense: a holding company that builds, capitalizes, and operates. We do not write passive checks. Every portfolio company has access to FreNYC for fractional advisory and Lume AI for marketing infrastructure — services delivered at cost from inside the family. Where we lead, founders retain operational control and we take a long-dated, often majority position. Our hold period is measured in decades, not exit windows.
Svara Group is headquartered in New York, NY, with active portfolio operations in the United States and India. We are sector-agnostic on category but rigorously selective on craft. Recent capital and operational deployments include Lume AI (autonomous marketing for SMBs), FreNYC (strategic advisory and fractional leadership), and FOMO Bakery (woman-led premium confectionery, Bangalore). Each is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Svara Group; each is led by a founder whose conviction predates our involvement.
