This Privacy Policy describes how Svara Group ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit svara-group.com (the "Site") or contact us through the Site.
Information We Collect
- Information you provide: When you submit our partnership inquiry form we collect your name, email address, business stage, and the free-text message you write.
- Chatbot transcripts: Messages you send to the Svara AI advisor are processed by Google's Gemini API to generate responses. We retain the IP address that sent the message for rate-limiting purposes only.
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage. With your consent, GA4 sets cookies that record an anonymous client ID, the pages you view, and the actions you take.
- Server logs: Standard request metadata (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) is logged by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries you submit through the contact form.
- To operate the Svara AI chatbot and prevent abuse via rate limiting.
- To analyze how the Site is used so we can improve it.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following categories of service providers strictly to operate the Site:
- Supabase — hosts our database and serverless functions.
- Google (Gemini API, Google Analytics) — processes chatbot messages and aggregate analytics.
- Email delivery providers — relays inquiry submissions to our team inbox.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email legal@svara-group.com.
Cookies & Consent
The Site shows a cookie consent banner on first visit. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
Data Retention
Inquiry submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond and follow up. Chat rate-limit records are deleted after 24 hours. Analytics data is retained per Google's default GA4 retention (14 months).
